We took a morning stroll around the neighborhood before high temperatures and thunderstorms. 

Limitations

Be tolerant of your physical and emotional limits! Today is different than yesterday and tomorrow will be different than today. The key is to be tolerant of where you are on any given day. Be aware of your physical and emotional limitations!

Pre-Retirement Travel

Before I fully retired, I burned off my sick time in Roan Mountain, Tennessee. Here are some photos. As I drove through Roan Mountain State Park, I saw several deer grazing. I even saw a deer as I drove into the driveway of this beautiful cabin. 

We enjoyed sitting on the deck for hours overlooking this creek.

We woke up early one morning with energy. I suggested, "let's go on a hike." We went to Carver's Gap where we encountered fog with minimal visibility. I still enjoyed the sunrise cloud colors.

We went for a proper hike the next day.
