We survived The Tropical Storm. Others suffered more. My House-sitting client left for her trip only 1-day late. The Lodge is fine. I have water, food and gas to cook as needed. I have access to her 4WD vehicle. Below are lots of photos. I will add commentary another day.

Warrensville House Sitting Part 3 Day 1
Rain all day. It appears to be fed from Hurricane Helene.

The Client is still here today and suggested that we make lasagna using some of the fresh tomatoes, peppers, basil and mushrooms from her gardens.

Return to Warrensville for 3rd House Sitting Stint
After visiting and relaxing with some new friends in Asheville for a few days, I had plenty of time to enjoy a hike in Linville Falls on the Blue ridge Parkway.

I encountered rain most of the rest of my drive. Here are few photos of the Holler.
A few "Jack Beans" aka Heirloom Beans ripened enough to pick and clean.
Here are the last few Spotted Forget Me Nots or Jewelweed. These were filled with bees as they lined the walk on the way to the green house.
