I slept in till 7 this morning and awakened to fog and chilling temperatures.
I went for a walk around the property after coffee and breakfast.
The owner of the lodge left on her 1st of 2 trips today. She left me a list of tasks. I enjoyed visiting with her friends for Friday Coffee Clutch in Lansing, NC at the Old Orchard Creek General Store.
I returned to the Lodge to finish prep for an Airbnb guest, picked some blueberries, green beans, edible flowers, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc. for dinner.
I also took care of Loki, her cat, so well he needed a nap....
Loki disappeared when I ate dinner. I found that he has taken up residence in my clothes....🤗
