We took Friday off due to Debby's rain. I enjoyed the patter of rain reading most all day in my tin-roofed tiny, tiny cabin.
Our host made Pan-Seared Lamb Chops, Roasted Parmesan Tomatoes and Toasted Panini Bread with Garlic-Butter. I added the Coleslaw leftover from Burger Night and the 1/2 Avocado.
We awoke to beautiful clear skies today.
Another Helper and I cleared brush this morning.
We are making Stuffed Peppers tonight!
