I met up with my Roan Mountain Friend at the Alta Pass Orchard. He played in an "Apple" Jam Session.
We also bought a LARGE Bag of Green Apples call "Seconds!" The attendant advised, "they are really good for Applesauce.
We made about 6 batches of Cinnamon, Butter Applesauce.
We Enjoyed the batches plain as a snack, with Oatmeal for breakfast & with Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert.

After the "Apple" Jam session, we headed to Roan Mountain via the Blue Ridge Parkway to admire Table Rock.
We completed some chores, empty garbage, recycling and bought lumber for a table project.
