The morning started with a 70% chance of rain today. I adjusted my activities accordingly. After the cat woke me up at 5:30, I had coffee and breakfast before heading out to the blueberry bushes. I picked another five pints to pack into the freezer for the host. The rain held off until evening.
I am now sitting on the patio in a rocking chair enjoying the soothing pitter pat of the light rain shower.
The lodge has a scheduled guest who arrived earlier this afternoon. She went for a hike and picked some blueberries.
The Host who went away for a conference returned this evening.
How pretty! Yet also petrifying as mountains make me feel claustrophobic. Lmao! Miss you Dennis! Love that you’re having a fabulous adventure and enjoying retirement.
